ACTIVATING AND UPDATING YOUR PROFILE/BILLING IN THE NEW SYSTEM

Please use this page as a simple guide for activating and updating your WIA profile on our new system.

STEP 1:
In the official welcome email you will receive on Dec 11th a temporary username and password will be included. Click the link in the email to open the login screen in your browser. Click the ‘Member Login’ button, and use your temporary username and password credentials from the email to login to your account. (see image fig 0 below)

STEP 2 - PERSONALIZE USERNAME / PASSWORD:
After your first login, you will be prompted to create your own official username and password (see image - fig 1 below). Choose something specific and secure, and save it in your own records for the next time you login.

STEP 3 - AGREE TO TERMS:
Next you will be asked to agree to our terms of use and privacy policy for logging into the system. You must agree to the terms to continue to the next step and completely active your profile (see image - fig 2 below).

STEP 4 - ACCESS YOUR PROFILE:
You will now be taken to the main user dashboard where you can access the features of the portal. Please at this time click ‘Your Profile’ to complete and confirm your contact, and billing information and complete your profile for the member directory. (see image - fig 3 below).

STEP 5 - UPDATE YOUR CONTACT, BILLING AND PROFILE INFORMATION:
On your profile page you will need to update your contact, billing and member directory profile info. Click 'Contact Info' to update your contact data. Click 'Member Directory' to update your bio, social links, etc. Click ‘Credit Card’ to update your billing and save your credit/debit card to your account. (See image fig4 below)


IMPORTANT NOTE ON BILLING:
If you do not add a credit/debit card to your account you cannot setup automated billing, and you will need to pay your membership fees manually upon your next renewal date with either your Card or PayPal. If you would like automated renewal payments you MUST save a credit/debit card to your account before your renewal date.

YOUR PROFILE IS NOW ACTIVE!

Once these 5 simple steps above are completed your account is updated and you are free to browse the rest of the portal including the member directory, job board, events calendar and more.


ALL NEW - WIA MOBILE APP
Upon completion of your profile, you are also free to download the mobile app from either the Apple App store or Google Play. Just search 'Women In Animation' in your app store. Once downloaded, login to the mobile app with the same username and password you set in step 2 above.
