UPDATING YOUR BILLING INFO IN OUR NEW SYSTEM


Make sure you've updated your billing prior to your renewal date in order to keep your membership from expiring.

NOTE FOR PAYPAL USERS ON AUTO-RENEW:
Going forward, we are no longer able to process automatic renewals via PayPal. If you currently have automatic renewals set up, you will be receiving a cancellation email from PayPal. Don’t worry - your membership isn’t cancelled! It just means that PayPal won’t be billing you automatically anymore. If you’d like to set up automatic renewals, you will need to have a credit card on file with us. You can still use your PayPal account for manual renewals each year if you wish.

SETUP AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING:
If you would like automated renewal payments you MUST save a credit/debit card to your account before your renewal date.  To do this, access your profile from the dashboard, and click 'Credit Card' under the Financial section of the profile editing screen.  From that page you can enter and save your credit/debit card you would like to keep on file for your automatic renewal payments.

MANUAL ONE-TIME BILLING:
If you do not save a card on file, you will be invoiced upon your next renewal date, and you can pay your renewal fee one-time manually via either PayPal or a Credit/Debit card.
