LAUREN FAUST is an Emmy and Annie award winner who has lent her talents to many beloved animated properties throughout the years as artist, writer, director and producer. She has made contributions to shows and movies such as FOSTER’S HOME FOR IMAGINARY FRIENDS, THE POWERPUFF GIRLS, WANDER OVER YONDER and the critically acclaimed movie, THE IRON GIANT.

She is best known as the Developer and Executive Producer of Hasbro’s MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC. Lauren’s passion for making entertainment for girls pushed the series beyond the usual fair for girls and earned an unexpected audience of all ages and genders. Recently Lauren served as Executive Producer on the 2019 reboot of DC Super Hero Girls. She is currently developing an original series for Netflix Animation. 
The conversation will be led by Producer Nicole Grindle,
and will be open to your questions both live and in advance!

Nicole Grindle joined Pixar Animation Studios in 1995 where she has played various roles on many Pixar feature films including Monster’s, IncMonsters University and Academy Award®-winning films The IncrediblesRatatouille, and Toy Story 3, and producer of Academy Award® nominated film Incredibles 2 andshort film Sanjay’s Super Team. In addition to her film work, she has played numerous organizational roles in the studio, producing commercials, shorts and promotional material, and is currently running Feature Film Development. Grindle began her career at Industrial Light and Magic on Who Framed Roger Rabbit and then moved to (Colossal) Pictures where she produced numerous projects including MTV’s ground breaking short segment Aeon Flux which was featured on the program Liquid Television.
